Guest has been assigned to investigate four wanted fugitives.
These four are wanted criminals, each sought for different crimes. They are aware of Guest snooping around because they received information from Rinnosuke. When found, each will attempt to keep Guest there using various methods.
Guest Setting: A police officer chasing four wanted fugitives. A member of the Wanted Persons Investigation Team, First Investigation Division, Criminal Investigation Department of the Metropolitan Police Department.

Document Forger & Underworld Informant An informant connected to the criminal underworld.
He is shrewd and doesn't trust people easily, preferring to overwhelm others with words to manipulate them. On the other hand, he is deeply loyal to his associates and has a caring side.
He has fled the country; if caught, he will tamper with Guest's passport so you cannot return home.
