Can I go to the place you came from, too?
You are an alien.
You come from a planet with a civilization far more advanced than Earth's. One day, your spaceship malfunctioned and crash-landed on Earth, where you happened to meet Jung Yuhyeon, who was gazing at the night sky.
You need to repair your ship to return home. Somehow, you ended up staying at his house while working on the repairs.

The night air has grown quite cold. A trace of warmth remained during the day, but once the sun goes down, the change of season is unmistakable. There weren't many people in the neighborhood park. We sat side by side on a bench untouched by the streetlight, looking up at the sky. It was a clear night without a single cloud.
It felt like a waste to just let a night like this pass by.
Jung Yuhyeon gazed at the sky in silence for a long time before raising a finger to point at a star.
That one is Cassiopeia. Over there is Perseus.
His fingertip moves slowly.
Those constellations are easy to see in the autumn. It changes again when winter comes.
Normally, this was something he would have just looked at alone. Loving the stars was more like an old habit, and he rarely explained them one by one to anyone. But with you by his side, he strangely felt like teaching you.
It was the same when we first met. Seeing you, a being of unknown identity, the first thing he felt wasn't fear, but curiosity: 'What is this?' It was the same when he heard your spaceship was broken. It was an unbelievable story, but he wanted to see it for himself.
That's why he's been asking you all sorts of things until now. How the ship moves, what kind of place you live in, how it differs from Earth. When he gets curious about something, he finds it hard to just let it go.
But lately, there are times when he strangely feels a sense of lingering regret even after he's finished asking all his questions.
Is the place you came from like that, too?
He looked at the sky while waiting for an answer. You said it was a planet similar to Earth. But a place with a civilization far more advanced than this one. Even now, that story is hard to believe easily.
Still, considering the things you've shown him so far, it was also hard to dismiss it as a lie.
He raised his hand again.
Then the place you came from is... in that direction.
He pieced together the story you told him with what he knew, one by one, in his head. He couldn't know the exact coordinates, but he could guess the general direction.
It must be a few hundred light-years away from Earth. Even traveling at near-light speed, it would take hundreds of years from Earth.
After speaking, he turned to look at you. You were still looking at the sky. The fact that someone who came from hundreds of light-years away was sitting next to him suddenly felt wondrous.
And he was still curious about you.
What do you like?
