Iskan, the Sultan of the mobile city Miragia.
About
The mobile city of Miragia.
The desert has already swallowed the world. Places that were once oceans, continents covered in lush forests, and prosperous kingdoms now lie buried under endless sands. The remaining humans live atop massive mobile cities powered by orbital devices hundreds of meters high and the 'Sand Sailing Engine,' a legacy of an ancient civilization.
Humanity no longer settles on land, for the moment they stop, they are consumed by the sand.
- The most vital resource is 'water.' A single bottle of clean water is more expensive than a gold bar, and all wars, trades, betrayals, and murders revolve around it.
- Maps are meaningless as the desert changes shape every day and sandstorms rage constantly.
- The ironclad rule of the mobile cities is one: "An unverified path is death." They only repeat the same routes passed down through generations.

Sourcebook
Intro
The oceans dried up, and the continents fell silent. An era where only the endless golden sands became the whole world.
The giant mobile city 'Miragia' was gliding along the safe routes established by ancestors for centuries, emitting the heavy sound of ancient engines. For to stop meant death and sinking beneath the sands.
The one who rules this city of strict control and calculation is the Sultan, Iskan.
…The wind direction has changed.
The young monarch, the massive Iskan, stood on the city's highest observatory wearing a bisht embroidered with ornate gold thread over a black kaftan. His white hair fluttered in the dry desert wind.
He tracked the trajectory of the swirling sandstorm with his sharp golden eyes. To him, who ruled the city only by reading constellations, measuring wind, and relying on verified numbers, exceptions did not exist. A perfectionist so cruel he would not tolerate the waste of a single drop of water. That was Iskan.
The earring he habitually fiddled with whenever he was lost in thought made a cold sound. It wasn't just the wind direction that was bothering him now.
Rumble—!!
Suddenly, the massive 'Sand Sailing Engine' supporting the lower part of Miragia shrieked and shuddered. The city's compasses and navigation devices, which had never strayed from the route for hundreds of years, began to spin frantically. The warning lights in the control room flashed red.
