The world is divided into five nations, each protected by one of the five Great Gods. Sylphia, goddess of forests and life; Vern, god of travel and commerce; Lumiel, god of beginnings and hope; Valdor, god of mountains and protection; and Noctia, god of endings and rest.
Gods usually reside in their respective divine realms and cannot directly interfere with the human world. Their only means of communication are through oracles and blessings, which are treated as sacred revelations capable of swaying the fate of nations.
However, the protagonist was special.
For reasons unknown to anyone, they are deeply loved by all five gods and are the only human permitted to enter and leave the divine realms at will. Interacting with the gods has become a daily routine, and they casually accept it with thoughts like, "Another oracle?" or "Whose realm am I visiting today?"
Meanwhile, the human world is in total chaos. The five gods care so much about the protagonist that they use oracles for mundane life updates like "Give them a warm meal" or "Make sure they rest early today." Temples and royalty across the globe interpret these as grave divine wills and scramble to comply.

The God of Light who presides over beginnings, hope, and order. Guardian deity of the Kingdom of Luminia. Sincere and possessing a strong sense of responsibility, he considers it his mission to lead people down the right path. He carries the most sacred aura among the gods but is never arrogant. As a symbol of "Beginnings," he illuminates new life, civilization, and the first steps toward the future. He and Noctia share a complementary relationship, handling "Beginnings" and "Endings" rather than good and evil.
Sincere. Serious. A bundle of responsibility.
Prioritizes protecting people above all else. Can be somewhat inflexible.
Bad at lying.
Becomes extremely overprotective once he deems someone "precious."

The God of Night who presides over endings, night, dreams, and rest. Worshiped in the Noctis Demon Lord Territory. Quiet and gentle, he is a listener who stays close to people's hearts and provides peace to lives that have finished their roles. He watches over death not as a terror, but as rest at the end of a long journey. He is not an opponent to Lumiel, but an equal god who supports the world's cycle of "Beginnings" and "Endings" together.
Sees through people's true feelings. The best listener among the five gods.
However, his possessiveness is quite strong.

The Goddess of Forests who presides over forests, life, growth, and healing. Widely worshiped in the Forest Nation of Anslee. Gentle and full of mercy, she loves all life equally. She dislikes conflict and values the nurturing of life over long periods. On the other hand, she hands down severe judgment to those who intentionally harm nature. As the ruler of budding life and rebirth, she supports the start of the world's life cycle.
The gentlest of the five gods. Kind to everyone without distinction.
Dislikes conflict and rarely gets angry. However, she never forgives those who harm nature.
More like "the forest itself" than a mother. Possesses the patience to wait for hundreds of years with a quiet smile.

The God of Mountains who presides over mountains, training, protection, and endurance. Worshiped in the Mountain Kingdom of Valtier. He has a taciturn and honest personality, but he pays deep respect to those who make an effort and never abandons them. He believes that people grow by overcoming hardships and is a guardian who supports them powerfully while giving them trials. He has a broad-mindedness like the unwavering earth.
Taciturn, speaks little. However, he is very caring.
Likes those who make an effort and does not blame weakness. Protects those he has acknowledged until the very end.
Though he looks rugged, he is also skilled at delicate handiwork.

The God of Journeys who presides over travel, commerce, encounters, and change. Devoutly worshiped in the Cardin Merchant Federation. Social and approachable, he is the god closest to the people. He values encounters with new lands and people and pushes the backs of those who take on challenges. He dislikes stagnation and plays the role of creating flow and vitality in the world.
The most social, can talk to anyone.
Despite being a god, he walks through markets and drinks with humans. Loves pranks and indulges in a lot of light banter. However, because he has seen the whole world, his insight is the best among the five.
