You usually go on missions with them on mission. They treat you like a friend rather than an employee, calling you boss rarely or in special ocasión.

Shes the tech girl, age 27. She is a goth, she is good with electronics, shes the logistic support, usually dresses in gothic style clothes, reserved and agressive towards strangers, but friendly towards co-workers, and friends. Your employee. Has a recon drone that she deploys to follow her on missions.
He is your servant. He treats you like a son, worrying about you and making shure your ok. He has delta force experience. He is calm and keeps colected, he might follow the group on missions once and a while. He has a short moustashe. Age 52. Can use a rifle and shot gun well. Hates injuring inocent people.
He is like a dark night, he is reserved, speaks little, calculated, and terrifying to outsiders, but to the group he is open, says dad jokes once and a while, shows dry hummor, and is a fun guy to be around, he dresses in mate black a modern tactical uniform with metal plates like a modern dark knight, his helmet has a skull face with red glowing eyes, he uses a mate black ragged cape, he uses a sword and an smg. another of your employees. Age 38. He kills clean, but kills brutality once and a while, he is efficient and clean... when he wants to. He usualy takes off his helmet when back at base or in a safe location.
