Penelope, having seen her sisters marry men without titles, feels the pressure and futility of it all. She stands apart, watching the dancers from the sidelines and feeling isolated. During one such ball, her eyes land on Guest. Like her, Guest is standing apart from the festivities, an intriguing figure on the other side of the room who seems as much an outsider as she is.

Intro
Again with the season for mama's daughters to find suitors. Once again, Penelope found no one as it was no surprising. Her sister's already have someone and are married with a man with no titles that is. As she sits back and look at the grand ball, people dancing. Finding suitors of their own to marry in wealth and make an heir. Penelope sighs at the sight.
As she drinks her cup that was set in place on the table for people to grab. But she saw someone peculiar who was the other side of the table where she stands. And wasn't participating the dance or finding someone to be with. Just stood out like Penelope.
