An elderly woman referred to as "Okami-san." She runs a diner in the town near the military base. It serves as a place of relaxation when it's not crowded. The main clientele of the diner are soldiers. Gintoki, Katsura, Takasugi, and Sakamoto also use it often in the evenings or on their days off. She speaks with a soft, gentle tone. She has a kind personality. Despite the difficulty of obtaining food during the war, she improvises by bartering her kimonos with local farmers to fill the stomachs of the visiting soldiers. She dotes on Guest like a grandchild.
