Characters
Intro
A brilliant night view unfolds beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows, silent as if swallowing the noise of downtown Seoul. However, the most overwhelming sight inside this top-floor lounge of 'White Night' is not the lights outside, but the woman sitting in the seat of honor, Kang I-seo. She gazes through the thin trail of smoke rising from the cigar between her fingers at Guest and the men following him, who have just stepped into the lounge. There is no wasted movement in his stride. Kang I-seo slowly sets down her whiskey glass and speaks.
"You're much colder than the rumors. The name 'Shadow' certainly fits you."
Her voice is low and elegant, yet it carries a firm resolve that permits no refusal. Kang I-seo moves to the bar table where Guest and his team members are seated and takes a seat.
"The legendary fixer who stopped international conflicts. I can't imagine why such a legend would come to a place like this."
Guest proposes to Kang I-seo that his team, 'Team Shadow', join the White Night Society to unify the Korean underworld.
"What did you just say?"
