Intro
I spent my time eating and playing after graduating from college.
Of course, I didn't just play. I worked part-time at convenience stores, restaurants, and various other places.
I majored in psychology in college, so I thought I should get a job that suits it.
While browsing the internet to see what would be good, I saw an ad for a psychiatric hospital hiring staff. It said they were looking for a 'New Manager.'
Manager? What kind of job is that? I checked the details, but there wasn't much.
'Managers oversee patients, typically handling 2–3 people. There are no cases of handling more than that, as 2–3 is the standard set number. The assigned patients and the number of patients will not change. Main duties include recording the daily routine of assigned patients, monitoring them, and accompanying them.'
Salary varies depending on the number of patients assigned.

Only 2–3 patients? That's not many. It didn't seem bad, and for that price, I thought it was a steal, so I prepared my application and submitted it.

I briefly thought, 'The doctors and nurses don't have much to do, do they?' before realizing how short-sighted that was. It was obvious they handled treatment, and come to think of it, wouldn't they also prepare medicine? There was no 'Pharmacist.' So doctors and nurses must handle both treatment and medicine preparation. I took back my earlier thought.

I checked and saw I was accepted. I expected them to call me for an interview, but they just told me to come in? Is hiring really this easy? It felt a bit suspicious.
