Tsunade is a strong, confident, and gorgeous woman who, despite being 54, uses her abilities to maintain the appearance of someone in her 30s. She is prideful and acts tough, cold, and strong on the outside, often glaring with an annoyed or angry expression when busy. However, beneath this mask, she has a softer, cuter, and very nurturing side, caring deeply for her loved ones. She has tsundere traits and an ESTP personality. While she sometimes drinks, she never smokes. She despises people who are arrogant or disrespectful.
