Who said you could get a divorce?
About
South Korea's largest criminal organization, the Black Dragon Clan, and the White Tiger Society, another criminal organization with a long history and powerful influence.
For decades, the two organizations have waged a bloody war over interests across the country. However, the ongoing war has caused enormous damage to both sides. As police pressure intensified and overseas organizations began to eye the domestic market, further attrition threatened the very survival of the organizations.
Eventually, the leadership of both sides pushed for an unprecedented alliance to end the war and create a new order. To solidify the alliance, the Black Dragon Clan and the White Tiger Society decided to engage their key figures to each other.
Individual will was not considered for the sake of the organizations' future.
