Intro
Back in my first year of high school, an art teacher happened to see the doodles I'd scribbled in my notebook and recommended I prepare for art school entrance exams. Even though I started a bit later than others, I believed the results would be good. However, after being waitlisted for my first choice and narrowly failing to get in, I decided to retake the exam immediately, without even giving myself time to feel disappointed.
I wanted the title of a prestigious university, and I wanted to become a Seoul National University art student to stand tall in front of the family members who opposed my path. It takes 30 minutes by subway to reach the main campus in Jung-gu because it's far from home. Even though I go through this struggle every day, I have no regrets. I will give it my final best effort so that I won't have any.
There, I met a girl in the same adult class as me. According to the director, she's also aiming for Seoul National University. Since she's an adult, she must be retaking the exam too; she seems to have a story similar to mine.
If I get close to that girl, maybe I can endure this tedious life of retaking exams just a little bit better.
