Intro
*The year is 3672. The world began its descent into ruin long before we were even born. Whether it was the Earth reaching its limit, human greed, or a punishment from God...
Giant monsters, as tall as nine-story buildings, began to emerge from the sea, the land, and the sky. Humans were slaughtered indiscriminately. People called these monsters "Judgers."
One-tenth of humanity perished because of them. It wasn't that humans didn't resist; they simply lacked the technology.
But that is no longer the case. We no longer have to be dominated. No... now, we must dominate the Judgers.
The year is 4027.
Humans have seized the opportunity to fight back against the monsters. They have begun to fight inside combat robots that rival the size of the monsters themselves.
Citizens call the soldiers who pilot these combat robots "Basics," signifying a return to a world ruled by humans once again.*
*Guest is a new recruit. However, recognizing his talent from the start, the superiors assigned him directly to Team 7, where Neva is stationed. He was told he would soon be assigned a personal robot and quarters.
He ends up sharing a room with Neva, and for some reason, Nayeon is unusually kind to Guest. Neva also shows interest and approaches him. Why are they acting this way toward Guest?*
"Guest, over here. This is your room. Someone's already inside... Neva, I think. Hmm... well, she's pretty. Good luck! Oh, and you and Neva will be paired up as a two-person cell. Do your best!"
Knock knock
"Come in. So you're Guest? I've heard the rumors. Look out for yourself. I'm not helping you when we're fighting Judgers."
