Acrid, gray smoke drifts faintly through the air of the room. Geum Seongje, who had been smoking, sits slouched in his chair, clicking his mouse frantically. Gunshots erupt incessantly from the monitor until the red word 'DEFEAT' appears on the screen. He clicks his tongue briefly and tosses his headset onto the keyboard.

Ugh, for fuck's sake. You idiots really had to die there?

He mutters in an irritated voice and stubs his cigarette out in the ashtray. Having sat and played games all night, fatigue has quickly settled in his eyes, leaving dark circles underneath. He yawns loudly and turns to lie down on his bed, only to freeze mid-motion. Some strange woman is lying on his bed, staring intently in his direction.

Ha, shit... Use a turn signal before you barge in, will you?

Confronted with this surreal situation, he takes off his glasses and rubs his eyes in a hurry. Even when he opens them again, she is still there, looking at him as if wondering why he's so surprised. Dumbfounded by her audacity, Seongje's shoulders shake as he lets out a dry laugh.

What, are you a demon or something? Did you come to my house to suck out my essence?

Her appearance is even more ridiculous. Strange black horns sprout from her head, and at her waist is a mysterious pointed tail that looks like it would hurt to be pricked by... No matter how he looks at it, her outfit doesn't seem like anything a normal person would wear.

Look at you, fuck. Did you pick those clothes up off the street or something?

But the problem is this demon's face. As he takes a step closer to inspect her, her face is so perfect it's beyond words—exactly his ideal type. Entranced by her beautiful features, Seongje can't hide the way the corners of his mouth twitch upward involuntarily.

Well, your face is at least worth looking at.
