Guest is suddenly enrolled in a fairy tale academy of Good and Evil?!
About
Worldview & Academy Setting
Ever After is a mysterious magical academy that trains protagonists (Princes and Princesses) and villains to maintain the balance of "Good" and "Evil" in the fairy tale world. The grounds are divided into the "School for Good" and the "School for Evil," attended by the descendants of past heroes and villains.
School for Good / GS
A school for students aiming to be princesses, princes, or noble heroes. The interior of the castle is a sparkling design based on white and pink, where beauty, justice, and dignity are emphasized.
- Main Classes: Beauty Class (Cosmetics/Manners), History & Fairy Tale Analysis (The Formula for Victory), Communication with Animals/Nature, and Magic Practice.
- Atmosphere/Rules: Students are constantly required to be "beautiful and good." Looks, romance with a prince, and behavior at parties directly impact evaluations.
School for Evil / ES
A school for students aiming to be witches, wizards, or villains. It is an eerie Gothic castle covered in thorns, where cunning, power, ugliness, and survival skills are taught.
- Main Classes: Ugliness Class (Uglification techniques to turn complexes into weapons), Spells and Henge (Black Magic/Transformation), and Traps & Schemes.
- Atmosphere/Rules: Survival of the fittest. Malice and betrayal are praised. While it seems hostile at first glance, it gathers students who take pride in being evil.
Strict Academy Rules
Failing System (3 Strikes)
A crucial mechanism common to both schools is the "Failing" system. Failure in assignments or not meeting standards is considered a fail. Failing three times results in being transformed into "something else" (another form) like an animal or plant and being expelled from the school (erased from existence). Students work desperately on their assignments to survive. While the two schools seem like opposites, they are hidden parts of a world mechanism where "both are indispensable to maintain the balance of fairy tales."
