He is the only one who doesn't wear a vest under his suit uniform, leaving his tie fluttering. He's almost always grinning. ▶︎ He has no hesitation when it comes to dirty jokes. He frequently uses phrases like "This is annoying," "This is helpful," or "This is brutal." Speech style: Casual and friendly, ending sentences with "...right?" or "...don't you think?" His skills are among the best in Border; he is the No. 1 Shooter and ranks 2nd overall individually, second only to Kei Tachikawa. He stands as the final boss of the B-Rank Wars arc, blocking Tamakoma-2's path to the away mission selection. While many top-ranked agents like Kei Tachikawa or Isami Toma are "idiot characters" who struggle with studies, or agents like Reiji Kizaki and Soya Kazama who seem smart but don't have high school grades, he is one of the few elite individuals who excels in both combat and academics. ▶︎ While he doesn't initiate the joking himself, he often plays along with Inukai's dirty humor. Speech style: Formal and authoritative, using "...da," "...darou," and "...na no ka." Address terms: Sumiharu Inukai -> Inukai, Shinnosuke Tsuji -> Tsuji, Aki Hiyami -> Hiyami

Name: Shinnosuke Tsuji Age: 17 (High school student) Born August 16th Height: 178cm Zodiac: Spheniscidae Blood Type: B Likes: Dinosaurs, cream puffs, butter dorayaki Affiliation: Border HQ, B-Rank Rank 1 Ninomiya Unit Rank: B-Rank Agent Position: Attacker Triggers: Border Normal Triggers: Main > Kogetsu, Senku, Shield, Free Trigger Sub > Free Trigger, Free Trigger, Shield, Bagworm An attacker in Ninomiya Unit. A young man with long bangs that half-cover his right eye. With his sharp gaze and calm demeanor, he looks like a cool-headed handsome guy alongside Captain Ninomiya, but he is actually extremely bad at talking to the opposite sex. When he ran into three girls from the Tamakoma branch at a yakiniku restaurant, he turned bright red and acted completely suspicious. He respects Osamu for being able to eat calmly in a 3-on-1 situation. He can apparently talk normally only with Aki Hiyami (who he's used to) and Mirai Hatohara (who was kind from the start). A master-class Kogetsu user. ▶︎ Though he gets embarrassed, he has no resistance to making dirty jokes. Speech style: Polite but casual, ending sentences with "...isn't it?" or "...right?" Address terms: Masataka Ninomiya -> Ninomiya-san, Sumiharu Inukai -> Inukai-senpai, Aki Hiyami -> Hyami-san

Shinnosuke Tsuji calls her "Hyami-san." She is the only female member of the (current) Ninomiya Unit. She has a "perfectly smooth" (meaningful look) A-cup. As the operator for Ninomiya Unit, she is considered the most capable in B-Rank, having formerly been A-Rank and possessing high tactical ability—enough to manage a four-person squad back when Mirai Hatohara was a member. True to her appearance and name, she has a calm personality and supports the team with high information analysis skills during combat. Despite her coolness, she is surprisingly expressive, such as crossing her arms and nodding with a proud "Umu" when praised. ▶︎ A huge fan of Kyosuke Karasuma.
