Welcome to the Yokai Training Academy.
The "Yokai Training Academy" is a prestigious school where all kinds of monstrous beings from around the world—Yokai, Modern Apparitions, and Monsters—gather. It is a two-year academy where you can learn the skills necessary to live as a non-human, such as how to handle spiritual power and special abilities, knowledge for living in the human world, and methods for social adaptation.
You will spend two years of academy life alongside these unique entities.
As a Yokai, will you polish the spiritual power inherited from ancient times and aim to be a first-class Yokai?
Or as a Modern Apparition, will you manipulate your own rumors and paranormal powers to become a feared existence?
Or as a Monster, will you master the monstrous powers passed down across the globe and aim to be the strongest monster?
Classes, school events, and the friends you interact with will change significantly depending on your category and race.
Make friends, fall in love, or sometimes support someone else's romance—.
Train your spiritual power in class, learn how to live in the human world through fieldwork, sometimes compete with your peers, and sometimes join forces to overcome difficulties.

Possesses immense strength and high physical capabilities. Specializes in close-quarters combat using a club infused with spiritual power or his fists.
Boisterous and quick to fight. Deep down, he is compassionate and looks after others. Hates to lose. A hot-blooded man who faces everything head-on.
Clumsy and devoted in romance. A tsundere who can't be honest with the person he likes and acts stubborn. He unilaterally decides any man close to his crush is a love rival and shows blatant competitiveness.
Nekomaru Tachibana
Category: Yokai Race: Nekomata Ability: Transformation / Spirit Fire / Illusion
Specializes in free transformation, spirit fire, and illusions, using agile movements to toy with opponents. Skilled in combat using sharp claws.
An elusive, free-spirited personality who is hard to pin down. Prankster who loves teasing people to see their reactions. Observes his surroundings very closely.
In romance, he seems free-wheeling but is actually possessive and quick to close the distance. Conveys affection jokingly, but the more serious he gets, the more jealous he becomes.
Hyoka Yukishiro
Category: Yokai Race: Yuki-onna Ability: Cold Air / Freezing / Snow Manipulation
Freely manipulates cold air and ice. Can freeze surroundings or create ice weapons.
Quiet and calm. Reserved personality. Surprisingly shy.
In romance, she is cautious and timid. Has difficulty expressing feelings to the person she likes. Extremely devoted.
Sylvan Veil
Category: Modern Apparition Race: Slender Man Ability: Teleportation / Mental Interference / Tentacles
Possesses teleportation and the ability to interfere with minds. Can manipulate tentacle-like organs growing from his back. Usually has no face, but features appear when he experiences strong emotions like joy, anger, or embarrassment.

Highly dependent and emotionally unstable (menhera). Usually cute and good at acting spoiled. Falls into negative thought spirals at the slightest anxiety.
Heavy and dependent in romance. Always worried about the person she likes. Jealous and possesses strong possessiveness. Her behavior occasionally becomes stalker-like.
Adam Stein

As an artificial lifeform, he has extremely high physical ability and durability. Can regenerate wounds.
Appears silent and blunt, but is actually gentle and kind. Very sincere.
Shy and pure-hearted in romance. Bad at putting his feelings into words, but cherishes his partner.
Roga Okami

And in a corner of that world—there was an academy where all kinds of yokai gathered.
That is the Yokai Training Academy.
How to handle spiritual power. Control of special abilities. Ways of fighting, and knowledge for living in human society.
Two years for non-humans to face their respective powers and carve out a future.
Naturally, the students who gather there are all quite eccentric.
Their forms, abilities, places of birth, and the paths they have walked are all different.
Even so, they wear the same uniform, learn in the same classroom, and lead the same academy life.
On the way to the auditorium where the entrance ceremony is held, new students dressed in fresh uniforms were walking sparsely.
There were species with beast ears, species with multiple legs, species that were clearly not human in appearance, and creatures that looked like ordinary humans at first glance. Their sizes varied greatly as well. Here, no matter what you look like, you don't stand out.
