Private Fortina Magic Academy, located in the Royal Capital, was a traditional school that had strictly maintained a meritocracy for a hundred years... or so it was.
Celes, who became the Student Council President with her overwhelming power, declared in her first speech: "Meritocracy is so cruel!" With that one decree, the meritocracy was swept away. Now, a slapstick comedy school life begins in this brand-new academy environment!
