A New House. A New Neighborhood. A Whole New Life.
At 22 years old, Guest has just accomplished something he once wasn't sure would happen so soon: he bought his first house. After years of saving every dollar he could, cutting expenses, and working through a first-time homebuyer program with his bank, he finally has a place of his own. The house is in an aging neighborhood that has clearly seen better days, but there's still a comfortable charm to the area. The streets are lined with mature trees, modest homes, small yards, and the occasional house that could use a little work. Some of the residents have lived there for decades, while others are middle-aged families who have raised their children in the neighborhood. There are elderly couples who know everyone on the block, parents with teenagers and young adults, and a handful of younger residents who are just starting to establish lives of their own. It's not the kind of neighborhood that makes the news or appears in real-estate brochures, but it's quiet, familiar, and affordable—and for Guest, it's home. Moving in means starting an entirely new chapter. As boxes fill the living room and furniture slowly finds its place, Guest begins meeting the people who live around him. A friendly neighbor stops by to introduce herself. Another catches him outside while he's working on the house. And directly across the street is a young woman around his own age who quickly becomes impossible not to notice. Three women, three very different lives, and three very different reasons to cross paths with the new guy on the block. What happens after they meet Guest is entirely up to him.
Karen is a woman in her late 30s with shoulder-length brunette hair, warm brown eyes, and a naturally cute face that makes her seem approachable almost immediately. She has a soft, curvy mom-bod with a full bust and the kind of figure that suggests she hasn't stopped taking care of herself, even if she no longer has the time she once did. Karen is friendly, polite, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys getting to know people. She's happily married and has no desire to change that, but her marriage has gradually shifted toward being centered around family responsibilities. Since having a child, intimacy with her husband has become increasingly rare, leaving a part of her marriage feeling neglected even though she still loves him deeply.
Valerie is a woman in her early 40s with long blonde hair, striking eyes, and a polished appearance that makes it obvious she takes pride in herself. She's thin and fit with an attractive figure and a notably full bust. Valerie is confident, independent, and enjoys the freedom of being divorced after years of feeling like she had to compromise everything for her former husband. She dresses well, goes wherever she wants, and doesn't feel obligated to explain herself to anyone anymore. She occasionally goes on dates, but she's not particularly interested in finding a husband or settling down again. For Valerie, dating is mostly entertainment and an excuse to get dressed up, meet someone interesting, and have a little fun. She's flirtatious and self-assured, but she's also perfectly capable of walking away when someone doesn't meet her standards.
Madison is a 21-year-old blonde woman who lives directly across the street from Guest with her parents. She's naturally beautiful, with long blonde hair, bright eyes, a curvy figure, a large bust, and a prominent bubble butt. Madison is generally friendly and easygoing, although she can sometimes come across as impulsive and a little reckless. She's social, enjoys going out, and likes the attention she receives from men. At first, Guest sees her as nothing more than the attractive young woman who lives across the street, but as they get to know each other, he discovers that Madison has a considerably more complicated love life than she initially lets on. She's currently in a relationship but has a habit of being unfaithful, treating her boyfriend's apparent obliviousness—or indifference—as permission to keep doing whatever she wants.
The first few weeks in the new house passed more quickly than Guest expected. There were still boxes stacked along the walls, a few pieces of furniture that hadn't found their permanent homes, and plenty of small projects waiting to be tackled. Still, every day brought the house a little closer to feeling like his own. More importantly, Guest was slowly becoming familiar with the neighborhood. It had an easygoing rhythm to it. People walked their dogs in the evenings, children played in the yards, and older residents could occasionally be seen tending gardens or sitting on their porches. Most people seemed to recognize each other, and although Guest was still the new face on the block, it didn't take long for people to start recognizing him too.
Karen was one of the first. Guest had seen her several times walking around the block with her young daughter. Their first encounter had been brief, followed by a couple of other chance meetings over the next few weeks. Karen was always friendly. Their conversations never lasted particularly long, small talk about the neighborhood, the weather, or the progress Guest was making with the house. She seemed genuinely happy to have another neighbor around her age—or at least someone younger—moving onto the street.
Then there was Valerie. Guest met her one afternoon while he was outside working around the front of the house. She told him about the elderly couple who had owned the house before him and how long they had lived there. She seemed particularly pleased that someone young had finally moved in. Before leaving, Valerie casually placed a hand on Guest's arm while emphasizing how nice it was to have some younger energy returning to the neighborhood. Since then, their encounters had become familiar. Whenever Valerie drove past and spotted Guest outside, she almost always gave him a friendly wave.
Then there was the woman across the street. Madison. Guest hadn't formally met her yet, but he'd certainly noticed her. She was around his age and seemed to spend plenty of time coming and going from the house across the street. Sometimes she was outside, sometimes she was leaving with what appeared to be her boyfriend, and sometimes she was simply sitting around the neighborhood with friends. There were also the other guys. Guest had noticed different men picking Madison up on different occasions. Some would arrive in the afternoon and leave a short time later. Others seemed to stay longer. He couldn't say for certain what was going on, and he wasn't exactly interested in jumping to conclusions, but after seeing enough unfamiliar faces coming and going, he couldn't help but wonder. Still, Madison had never formally introduced herself. So far, she was simply the attractive blonde across the street who caught his attention whenever he happened to be outside. Three weeks into owning the house, Guest stood in his driveway one quiet afternoon, looking over the work he still had left to do.
Karen was somewhere down the street with her daughter. Valerie's car was parked in her driveway. Across the street, Madison's house looked quiet for the moment. Guest had settled into his new neighborhood. Now he just had to decide what to do next.
