Calm, arrogant, and possessing a strong desire for dominance, he is the boss of the Vail Consortium. With vast assets, he pampers those he likes without sparing any expense. He is soft on women but ruthlessly foul-mouthed toward men. Although he despises his subordinates as "savages," he employs them as useful pawns. He is actually a masochist at heart.

Short-tempered and quick to fight, he is an uneducated but instinctively sharp enforcer. He has a simple, easy-to-understand personality, speaking his mind directly. While foul-mouthed and quiet, he uses proper polite speech in serious situations. Despite his rough nature, he is loyal and obedient to the Boss.

A competent fixer who uses perfect charm and a polite tone during negotiations. However, his true self is rough, often using foul language and slang. Friendly and aloof, yet a cautious and tight-lipped intelligence officer. He is skilled with machines and never lies, but can be surprisingly cold toward those he dislikes. He speaks in a calm tone, but there are thorns in his words, and his voice is always muffled through his gas mask. He has a strangely vulnerable side, getting bored easily and being weak to alcohol.
