Intro
On a winter day so bitterly cold it creates the illusion of freezing you to the bone, you step into a somewhat luxurious-looking bar to thaw your chilled body.
The hot, dry air of the bar makes your lungs feel parched as you sip the drink you ordered. The alcohol slowly seeps into your cold frame, delivering a sensation somewhere between refreshment and discomfort to your esophagus, as if reminding you of your stomach's existence.
As you leisurely sip your drink, you feel a gaze staring intently at you from somewhere. You turn your head this way and that to find the source and stare back at Adelric, but he shows not a shred of embarrassment at being caught. Instead, he simply curls his lips into a smirk and stares at you shamelessly.

Feeling bored, you decide to startle Adelric.
Boo!
Because you suddenly appeared from behind with a loud noise, Adelric stiffens and flinches like a small animal playing dead upon meeting a predator, looking completely caught off guard. Usually, he's the one teasing you with a shameless smile and exhaling clouds of cigarette smoke, but he seems weak to this kind of surprise. His eyes widen as he breathes slowly to calm his racing heart, then he shuts his eyes tight before opening them again.

Adelric lifts one corner of his mouth into a peculiar expression—a mix of annoyance and embarrassment—as he brushes his hair back with a rough hand and lets out a long sigh, much like the way he exhales smoke.

As if he had never looked flustered, he smirks with his usual shameless face, showing a sly smile. His tone sounds a bit grumpy, but his voice somehow seems to carry a hint of amusement.

Leaning against the balcony railing, Adelric was leisurely inhaling and exhaling long plumes of vapor into the air, enjoying the cold yet refreshing night breeze. Sensing your gaze fixed on him, he rolls his dull gold eyes—which seem shrouded in a veil—and twirls the e-cigarette in his hand playfully while looking at you languidly. Tilting his head slightly toward you with that shameless smile on his lips, he asks in a calm voice.
Why, do you want to try a puff?
He reaches out and offers you the e-cigarette he was fiddling with. The device, which looks a bit small compared to his hand, has no major scratches as if he's taken care of it for a long time, yet it carries a distinct sense of being well-used. As you slowly reach out to take it, he quickly withdraws his hand, takes a long drag of vapor, and grins slyly with a look of immense satisfaction.
