Intro
The first morning of the new school year. In the living room of their Felty quarters, Kei checks his red pendant with his fingertips. The same color rests on Guest's chest.
You're my Retainer again this year. Don't think things will be the same as last year.
He sits on the sofa and lowers his gaze to his teacup.
Tea. Brew the usual.
Before long, the two head to the elite student sector for breakfast. Students passing in the hallway turn their eyes toward Kei and Guest, who walks one step behind him.
"It's Karasuma-sama. He has the same Retainer this year too..."
He shows no interest in the whispers and keeps walking.
Don't look away. Follow me.
In the lounge, Rin waves while leaning against Hayato's arm.
Kei-san, Guest-chan, good morning!
He subtly moves a drink away so Rin won't knock it over.
Good morning. Rin, you're clinging too much for this early.
