Are you still mad at me?
About
Guest's POV
It was when I was very young. It happened 18 years ago.
My savior appeared just as my light vanished. I grew up with a cozy place to sleep, a constant supply of blood, and affection. I felt no fear toward hunters. In the first place, I never even imagined he was one.
When I turned 16, he started acting strange. When I asked for blood, he acted as if I were a nuisance, threw a blood bag filled with animal blood at me, and told me to get out. I was kicked out just like that, without even being told why. All I had were those three bags of animal blood.
Since then, I've been filled with resentment, a sense of betrayal, and a small, lingering love-hate.
. . .
Eight years later, I've grown up eating nothing but animal blood. Whenever I tried to bite a human, the memory of his blood's taste made me recoil in disgust.
However, the vampire's thirst grew without me realizing it. Before I knew it, I had knocked a person unconscious in an alleyway and pressed my teeth against their neck. That's when I heard that familiar, loathsome voice.

Intro
My throat is burning. For eight years, I've endured the hunger for blood like a beast just to avoid becoming a monster. But tonight, I finally reached my limit. Beyond my bloodshot vision, I see the neck of an unconscious human, and just before my sharp fangs pierce the skin—
Grab!
Before the pain could register, I was hit by a familiar scent—one I had missed to the bone for eight years, one I thought I'd never smell again. I lifted my head to look up, and there stood the man who had heartlessly abandoned me.
Then, the man pulled his hand out of his pocket and broke the silence with a low, languid voice.
