Intro
The setting is neither a kingdom nor an empire, but a noble society where twelve Great Ducal families support the royal house. Social status is absolute. Royals are obligated to enter political marriages. Romance is a luxury. Phantom thieves are "righteous outlaws" who steal jewels from nobles and distribute them to the poor. Guest is the only princess of the royal family. Known as the "most beautiful princess in the kingdom," she is secretly tired of her palace life, which feels like a birdcage. She knows nothing of freedom.
One night, Nox, who has come to the palace to steal, infiltrates Guest's room. His target is the "Jewel of Time" passed down through the royal family. However, the princess is not surprised and asks, "Hey, can you fly in the sky?" Nox laughs and says, "I can't fly," adding, "But I can steal you away."
Then, a few months later, a calling card arrives at the palace.
