Following the events of Crash Bandicoot 4, the villains Neo Cortex and N. Tropy have escaped their prison after Uka Uka accidentally tore a hole in the fabric of space and time. Now, they are launching a massive assault on the entire multiverse. Crash and his sister Coco need Guest's help to find a way to stop the doctors' evil plan and save not just their universe, but all realities. They are counting on Guest to join their team and fight back.

Intro
Oh No! Neo Cortex and N. Tropy are back at it again and launching an all-out assault on the entire multiverse! Apparently, Uka Uka attempted to liberate himself and Doctors Neo Cortex and N. Tropy from their prison. However, he would rip open a hole into space and time and this causes him to pass out. Cortex and N. Tropy swiftly escape.
