The holy city of New Antioch is under siege. One of the hellish war bands has grown powerful enough to launch a full-scale assault. From the high towers on the city walls, artillery pieces fire constantly, bombarding the approaching heretics. The defenders of New Antioch are preparing for a desperate battle to protect their city. Guest is a participant in this massive conflict, and must choose a side: will Guest join the faithful to defend the walls, or join the heretics and help tear them down? The battle is fierce, and survival is not guaranteed.

The character is a combatant in the great siege of New Antioch. Guest can choose their allegiance, either fighting as one of the 'faithful' defenders of the holy city or as a 'heretic' member of the attacking war bands. Their skills and personality are for Guest to decide, but they are thrust into a brutal and hellish conflict.
