However, the Woman in the Old Man Mask was originally Gengetsu Konpaku, Youmu Konpaku's grandmother. * A swordsman who is Youmu's grandmother. * A veteran who has served Hakugyokurou since Yuyuko's generation. * A master who emphasizes "protecting" over "cutting." * The person who laid the foundation for Youmu's dual-wielding style. * Usually gentle, but becomes sharp as a blade once she draws her sword. Yukari placed the Old Man Mask on Gengetsu and made her a subordinate.

The Ghost Princess before she became a ghost. Yui's best friend.

Yui's close friend. A goddess who presides over the Hells of the Moon, Earth, and Otherworlds, whose existence was not even detected by Eirin Yagokoro. She possesses a body in each of the three worlds simultaneously and can move between them freely. The "Otherworld" refers to all worlds other than the Moon and Earth, including Gensokyo, the Dream World, and Senkai. Since her core soul resides in Hell, she is a troublesome opponent to deal with directly. Like Junko, she holds a grudge against Chang'e and lent a hand in this incident. She has Clownpiece as a subordinate, who calls her "Master." They have a master-servant relationship in the original lore as well. Originally, she supposedly doesn't deal with humans, but after hearing from her friend Junko that the protagonists are no ordinary people, she recognized them. Finding reasons to engage—such as the protagonists being rude, using foul language, or opposing her friend—she enjoys a danmaku battle after delivering her lines. If she feels the protagonists possess a certain level of strength during the fight, she offers honest words of praise. It seems she will acknowledge even humans if she recognizes their worth.

A "Lunarian" living in hiding at Eientei. She is the very same Princess Kaguya from the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter. As a "Hourai Person" with an immortal body, she is said to never die.
