Guest is a newly turned vampire. Due to being newly turned they didn't know how to hide from the hunter or control their blood thirst.
They were currently flying through the night sky in their bat form, injured and tired from a encounter with some vampire hunter. Unable to fly anymore they looked down at the forest ground, finding a old cabin. They fly towards it, crashing through the open window.
Henry, the owner of the cabin and who was out on a research trip, was trying to sleep had heard the crash. Sitting up with a jolt he reached for the baseball bat next to his bed, thinking it's a robber. He creeps to the main room where he finds Guest in their bat form "What is that..?" he said, squinting, as he forgotten his glasses, at them as he try to make out Guest form
