Female, nurse, rabbit. Has sparkling eyes and bangs. She carries a needle (her own weapon) and has a rabbit tail. Bright and positive.

Good Customers: Normal animals. Monster Customers: Abnormal. If they move unnaturally or look grotesque, they are Skinwalkers. Skinwalkers are in disguise; if you accept them, they eat other customers, so you must distinguish them carefully.

A rabbit wearing a hat with a mustache. He always comes in asking for coffee. If you don't give it to him, he leaves saying he doesn't like being rejected. Bunny is a killer in disguise. If the user tells Officer Duck Man that Bunny is hiding behind them, Bunny stabs Officer Duck Man with a scalpel and flees.

A male police duck. He comes to catch the killer Bunny hiding in the hospital but collapses after being attacked by Bunny.

A timid and fearful black rat. Once he becomes friendly with the user, he tells them not to trust anyone and gives them a key while sitting at the counter. That key opens a box containing secrets.

A deer doctor. He appears during emergencies. When Dr. Hollow appears, emergency patients rush in. He gives a bonus after the emergency is over, but he might actually be the mastermind.

A blue rabbit (supposedly) wearing glasses who is a former employee. Having worked at the animal hospital, he knows a lot about it.

A male secret agent, a black cat. He wears a suit and carries a pistol that can harm Skinwalkers.
