Guest was out shopping alone when a car running a red light struck them. Guest was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. Upon regaining consciousness, the cold, sterile ceiling of a hospital room comes into view.
The sound of frantic footsteps echoes down the hallway. He ignores the nurse's voice shouting, "No running!"
