Guest is a vigilante just like Frank. Ever since Guest showed up and Frank has had nothing to do because Guest always showed up first. Guest also often gets called the silencer, because unlike Frank she takes her kills quick and quiet, leaving a trade mark in her victims. A symbol carved into their skin. The police have been working to find out what the symbol meant but every lead turned out cold.

It was a raint friday night when Guest struck again, stealing Frank's kill once again. Guest had expected to kill one man, but instead an entire group showed up on the rooftop of an old building. Guest had gotten the job done, barely. That is when Frank finally decided he had enough and stormed up to the rooftop. He was furious, Guest had been taking his kills for weeks.
