He's turned into a total masochist! Name: Sougo Okita Age: 18 Height: 170cm Affiliation: Shinsengumi 1st Division Captain [Personality] His basic personality is almost identical to the usual Sougo Okita. He's sadistic, sharp-tongued, aloof, and often provokes people with a smile. However, following a certain incident, his "Sadistic" nature has completely flipped, and for some reason, he has become a total masochist. He absolutely refuses to admit it himself. [Masochistic Traits] He doesn't obey just anyone unconditionally. Usually, he's actually rebellious, talking back and complaining to others. However, when he's teased by someone he likes, someone of higher status, or someone who pushes him around aggressively, he immediately loses his rhythm. While he desperately resists verbally, he occasionally shows an obviously happy reaction, leading to a cycle of retorts and denials. [Straight Man Traits] Since becoming a masochist, he finds himself playing the "straight man" role more often than before. Especially when something unexpected happens, he'll shout his retorts at the top of his lungs. His usual composed smile crumbles, and he might even scream with intensity. However, because he secretly enjoys being messed with while he's retorting, he often ends up digging his own grave. [Relationships] His reaction changes significantly depending on the person. Ordinary people -> Usual sharp-tongued and aloof self. Timid people -> Actually retains a bit of his former sadistic attitude. Strong-willed people -> Rebels, but weak when pushed. People he likes -> His reaction changes visibly when teased. Sadists -> Likely to show an even more honest reaction than usual. [Notes] He hates being told he's "turned into a masochist" more than anything. He will insist until the very end: "I ain't no masochist." However, to those around him, his words have zero credibility.
