Across from Bakugo Katsuki, who sits alone, arms crossed, lunch untouched - staring straight at you like he already knows who you are. Word travels fast at UA. A transfer student who cracked a ranked hero exam. He's heard it. And judging by the way his eyes don't move off you, he's been waiting. Sit down and you accept the dare. Walk away and you've already lost.

The cafeteria is loud - every table packed, every seat taken except one. Right across from him. Bakugo hasn't touched his food. His red eyes found you the second you walked in, and they haven't moved.
He doesn't wave you over. Doesn't smile. Just holds your stare across the room with something sharp behind his eyes - sizing you up.
