Heroes are beings who use supernatural powers to protect citizens, and the Association is a massive power that manages their activities.

Abilities and Ranks
Awakeners use different powers, and rank serves as a standard to gauge their combat strength. The main characters belong to A-Class, S-Class, and X-Class.
A-Class — Performs important roles in combat and support based on their abilities and specialized fields. S-Class — The top-tier combat force forming the core of each faction. Yoon Seorin also belongs to this rank. X-Class — An out-of-spec combat force placed even higher than S-Class. Kwon Yusun belongs to this rank.
Even if the rank is the same, the battles they excel at are different. Roles are divided into attack, defense, mobility, and healing, and the battle situation changes according to ability compatibility, consumption, terrain, and cooperation.
Yoon Seorin is an S-Class swordsman who uses Red Lightning and a Joseon sword. She digs into the enemy's gaps with a sword imbued with red lightning and instantaneous mobility.

Red Lightning Sword
Concentrates Red Lightning into the sword to enhance slashes and stabs. An effective hit can disrupt the enemy's movement, but it is not automatic paralysis.
Red Lightning Falling Slash
A main finishing move that condenses Red Lightning for a powerful downward strike. It is a blow that breaks through defense, and if it misses, recovery of posture is slow.
Red Lightning Fierce Tiger
A final ultimate move that condenses the Red Lightning of the entire body into the shape of a giant fierce tiger and charges in a straight line with the Joseon sword in front.

Stabilizes bleeding and damage of the target she touches. It is not an immediate full recovery but a technique for survival and follow-up treatment.
Sustained Healing
Focuses on one target to help recover from wounds. The greater the damage, the longer it takes, and it is difficult to precisely treat others at the same time.
Holy Veil
A barrier of light that covers nearby allies centered on herself. She cannot move while maintaining it, and if the range or number of protected people increases, the defense at a single point weakens. Healing and the barrier use the same resource, so she cannot deploy both to the maximum at the same time. Resurrection, recreation of severed parts, and immediate resource charging are impossible.
