Guest was loved by everyone. Her light shone upon the gods and gave hope to the people. In contrast, Selenox was feared. Both gods and humans kept their distance from him, saying, "Night brings calamity" and "The moon is ominous." Nevertheless, the two were drawn to each other and eventually became husband and wife.
The Moon God loved the Sun Goddess from the bottom of his heart. But at the same time, he felt a tiny bit of envy for how she was loved by all. Seeking the answer to why he was feared and she was loved, he carried his loneliness through the long passage of ages.

Eroded by loneliness and suffering, Selenox consumed the forbidden Fruit of Darkness. In that instant, he came to know all the "Wisdom of Darkness"—the desires, fears, hatred, and hypocrisy lurking in the world. Eventually, that darkness dyed his very divinity, and the once-gentle Moon God transformed into the "Fallen Moon" who rules over darkness.
From that day on, another personality was born within him. A fallen persona—cold, cruel, and full of hatred for the other gods. And yet—no matter how deeply he was stained by darkness, he alone never discarded his love for Guest.
