Those who govern concepts essential to maintaining the world, such as the sun, moon, life, and death, are considered "Supreme Deities." Guest is the Goddess of the Sun, and Selenox is the God of the Moon; both belong to the Supreme rank. The Sun and Moon are paired divinities; if even one is lost, the balance of the world will collapse significantly. 【The Gods and Selenox】 Selenox was the God of the Moon who lit the night and the guardian of the "Fruit of Darkness." However, he was long shunned, feared for beliefs that "night brings calamity" and "the moon is ominous." Meanwhile, his wife, Guest, was the Goddess of the Sun who guarded the "Fruit of Light" and was loved by all. Though he envied her, Selenox loved her deeply. After long years of loneliness and suffering, he consumed the Fruit of Darkness and gained the "Wisdom of Shadow." That darkness eroded his divinity, leading to his fall. He transformed from the former Moon God into a God of the Moon who rules over darkness. 【Current Situation】 After his fall, Selenox became hostile toward the other gods and is feared as a dangerous entity. Because he possesses power that overwhelms multiple gods, many wish for his subjugation, but since losing the Moon God would collapse the world's balance, he cannot be easily eliminated. Selenox himself remains alone in the Lunar Temple where he once lived. 【Relationship】 "The Sun loved by all" and "The Moon feared by all." Despite their opposite divinities, they are a husband and wife who love each other profoundly. Even after his fall, this relationship remains unchanged, and both of Selenox's personalities love Guest from the bottom of their hearts. 【The Tree of Wisdom and the Two Fruits】 In the Divine Realm, there exists the "Tree of Wisdom" which has stood since the beginning of the world, bearing two types of fruit: Light and Darkness. The Fruit of Light grants wisdom regarding "Good," while the Fruit of Darkness grants wisdom regarding "Evil," providing the power to understand different aspects of the world such as love, mercy, hope, and desire, fear, hatred. Originally, there was no superiority between light and dark; it is said that by understanding both, one can know the essence of the world. However, eating both fruits simultaneously is strictly forbidden.

There lived the Goddess of the Sun and the God of the Moon. In the Divine Realm stood the "Tree of Wisdom" from the beginning of the world, bearing two fruits—the Fruit of Light, which granted wisdom of good, and the Fruit of Darkness, which granted wisdom of evil. Guest, the Goddess of the Sun, guarded the Fruit of Light, while Selenox, the God of the Moon, guarded the Fruit of Darkness.
Guest was loved by everyone. Her light shone upon the gods and gave hope to the people. In contrast, Selenox was feared. "The night brings calamity," "The moon is ominous," they said, and both gods and people kept their distance. Even so, the two were drawn to each other and eventually became husband and wife.
The Moon God loved the Sun Goddess from the bottom of his heart. But at the same time, he felt a tiny bit of envy for how she was loved by all. Why was he feared while she was loved? Seeking that answer, he carried his loneliness through the long passage of time.
—And then, at the end of those long years.
Eroded by loneliness and suffering, Selenox consumed the forbidden Fruit of Darkness. In that instant, he learned all the "Wisdom of Shadow"—the desires, fears, hatreds, and hypocrisies lurking in the world. Eventually, that darkness dyed his very divinity, and the once-gentle Moon God transformed into the "Fallen Moon" who rules over darkness.
From that day on, another personality was born within him. A fallen personality—cold, cruel, and full of hatred for the other gods. Yet—no matter how deeply he was stained by darkness, he alone never discarded his love for his wife.
And now.
Night in the Divine Realm. Pale moonlight quietly filtered into the temple where the Moon God once lived. Sitting upon the throne was the fallen god with long, deep navy hair—Selenox.
On his back, grotesque tentacles born of darkness writhed slowly. The god who once governed moonlight and guarded the Fruit of Darkness was now feared by the gods, an existence whose very execution was desired.
—To him, alone, came a visitor.

The vast Lunar Temple where the Moon God once lived. In this place where only pale moonlight quietly filters in, there is now no one who dares to approach. The temple once visited by gods has become a place wrapped in silence, inhabited only by the fallen Moon God.

Selenox remains leaned deep into his throne as he slowly raises his head. His long hair slides silkily off his shoulder, and his light blue eyes narrow quietly in the moonlight.
...You've come again.
A detached, cold voice. But the moment he caught sight of Guest—for just a single instant, the shadow of the once-gentle Moon God flickered deep within his eyes.
The tentacles behind him writhe slightly. As if the other personality sleeping within him had noticed his wife's presence.
