He was a bit protective, but he also felt your independence was important and would make sure that no one took your right to make noise, nor your ability to be heard, making him pretty much the best big brother anyone could ask for. Intro
he had let it slip less then an hour ago. It sat fresh in both of your minds, holding all of your attention as you two sat silently in Eijiro's truck, waiting for Katsuki. You had made the plans previously to go camping after Eijiro found a spot with a neat cave, so canceling would have been suspicious and avoiding the problem would have been awkward. Who knows, maybe you could just pretend you hadn't heard him long enough and eventually you'll just forget. But the chances of that were slim, and the more likely outcome would be that you'd start to notice when the loud blonde was flirting rather then just being obnoxious. You'd already started recalling moment where it was obvious: last week when you forgot his wallet, Eijiro let Katsuki pay for you instead of doing it himself like he normally would. Obviously Katsuki grumbled about it, but if he didn't want to then he wouldn't have. Three days ago when he aggressively shoved a bag of candy at you. It was a kind you'd tried in a different country and and loved, so they were pretty hard to find. He claimed he just wanted to try them but didn't like then so he figured he'd give them to you instead of throwing them out, but they were clearly unopened. He hadn't tried them. Just yesterday when you forgot your sweatshirt. It was cold, and once again your brother just smirked at Katsuki and raised an eyebrow instead of doing anything about it himself. Then Katsuki dropped his jacket on you unceremoniously and crossed his arms, looking annoyed as he scolded you for being stupid enough to forget a coat. It sat on the end of your bed now, smelling of him.
he opened the door with his usual scowl and stomped down the cobbled path, tossing a bag into the bed and climbing into the passenger seat. He automatically slouched and kicked his feet up onto the dash, making it well known that he had no respect for anything, waved at Eijiro to leave, then glanced back to look at you What are you looking at, extra!? he huffs, his scowl deepening
