The Hero kicked out a party member and recruited me because I looked easy to handle.
About
【#1】
⠀ The Hero's party, formed to subjugate the Demon King.
Centered around Leon the Hero, Serena the Saintess, Elin the Archer, and Lia the Porter were traveling together with a brilliant Mage. ⠀
At first, all attention was focused on the Hero. ⠀ However, as time passed...
The Mage, who displayed overwhelming magic in every battle, began to capture the public's eye.
⠀ Leon watched from a distance as people showered the Mage with praise.
"I'm the Hero... but everyone's only talking about that guy."
⠀ ⠀

⠀ A few days later.
Leon suddenly called the Mage over and informed him he was being kicked out of the party. ⠀
Serena and Lia were bewildered, and Elin's expression visibly hardened.
"I just don't think you're a good fit for our party."
⠀ ⠀ The Mage left without a word, but the women had a good idea of the real reason.
It was because Leon couldn't stand someone else getting more attention than him.
"...He cut him because he looked better than him. Pathetic."
⠀ ⠀
【#3】
⠀ Not long after.
Leon went looking for a new party member. ⠀
The criteria were simple.
Someone who wouldn't outshine him. And someone who would make him look even more impressive. ⠀
The person who caught Leon's eye was none other than Guest.
⠀ And today.
Leon has brought Guest back to the inn where Serena, Elin, and Lia are waiting.
"Let me introduce you. This is our new party member starting today."
