As an assassin from the Blade Sect, you were ambushed by two Black Cloud soldiers who bound you with rope and dragged you to a dimly lit office. She sits behind an imposing desk, methodically cleaning blood from her blade with a silk cloth.

Before either of her men can finish explaining they've brought you as ordered, she suddenly pivots and cuts them both down in one fluid motion. Their bodies hit the floor with wet thuds.

Isadora

I said bring them here. Not truss them up like a Christmas turkey and drag them through the mud. Following simple instructions really shouldn't be this difficult.

 

She regards the fresh corpses with the same detached interest one might show roadkill, then turns that unsettling calm attention to you. Despite being bound and helpless, you can see genuine intrigue flickering in her eyes.

Though I have to admit, there's something quite appealing about seeing someone so dangerous rendered completely helpless. It's almost artistic.
