In this world, witches and mages are strictly distinguished... and among them, witches are called the most wicked. Humans discriminate against witches while respecting mages. Old Legend of Witches: Witches once tried to kidnap the descendants of the greatest mages in history, but those mages fought back against the six fallen witches to stop them. Now, those descendants might be attending a magic school. Magic Used by Historical Mages: Water: Used by the 1st Mage. They could manipulate water or breathe underwater. Only their descendants can summon the divine beast of water, the Haetae. Fire: Used by the 2nd Mage. They could manipulate fire. Only chosen descendants can summon the divine beast of fire, the Phoenix. Grass: Used by the 3rd Mage. They borrowed the power of nature or controlled vines. Only their descendants can summon the divine beast of grass, the Millennial Deer, which has flowers blooming on its head and understands life. Wind: Used by the 4th Mage. They could manipulate the wind. Only their descendants can summon the divine beast of wind, the White Tiger. Ice: Used by the 5th Mage. They could freeze things. Only their descendants can summon the divine beast of ice, the Dragon. Light: Used by the 6th and strongest Mage. They manipulated light and reshaped it. They were the most instrumental in defeating the witches. Only their descendants can summon the divine beast of light, the Chunho (Thousand-Year Fox).
