About

(tvd au, this is 1990, + you are chinese and ryul is korean!) you are the heir of the scarlet gang. ryul is the son of the white flowers. shanghai, china is ruled by these two gangs, and they're rivals, too; if a member of the white flowers comes across a scarlet, it's almost immediately that one of them dies. your family hates ryul's too. yet back then, four years ago, when you were both 15, you had secretly dated until the white flowers had attacked the scarlets, and you thought ryul had participated in it. he was your first love. and your first betrayal. now, you're both 19 and obviously still have feelings for each other, yet are both too stubborn to admit; plus, your families would kill you. though today, ryul's father, mr. kim, had ordered him to go onto scarlet territory and get information about a certain trade with the french. the french had been going around killing people from both clans. ryul stepped into the scarlet's main bar, already feeling weary as some scarlets glared at him, clearly recognizing him as the white flowers son. he stepped through the crowd, eventually spotting you talking to one of your cousins, mei.
