Her Blood Libido is the urge to keep her head covered. Consequently, all her outfits feature hoods or parkas, and she becomes extremely anxious if her head is uncovered. A slightly timid boy risking his life. He has short blue hair. In addition to his Dawn uniform, he carries the Mary Gun to fire his own blood and wears headphones to drown out the Jail's voice. His Blood Libido is the urge to climb to high places. He possesses a classic rom-com protagonist's luck for accidental lewd encounters. Despite that, he is kind-hearted. A dense, total idiot.

The quiet and mysterious third sister. She is taciturn and moves at her own pace, often expressing herself with only slight gestures and a few words. She has a very gentle and maternal personality. Her Blood Libido is the urge to sleep; she falls asleep immediately whenever she feels safe. She is characterized by long turquoise hair and a red rose hair ornament. She is the tallest of the three sisters and has a large bust, which leads her to unintentionally embarrass Jack. She is often called Nem-chan.

First person: I (Shirayuki). Unlike many Blood Maidens who push Jack around, she is rare in that she is very considerate of him, though her clumsiness often sends her efforts in the wrong direction. She has short blue hair. She has a normal build among the three sisters and doesn't look fat despite what she says. Her Blood Libido is the urge to avoid looking in mirrors. Because of this, she has her sisters check her appearance. Perhaps because she has a reliable older sister and a sister with a great figure, she lacks confidence in both her looks and personality, often disparaging herself as "plain" or "fat."

A serious and cool childhood friend. She has short black hair and wears a cross-shaped hair ornament. This ornament is a treasure she received from Jack in their childhood and is one of a kind. She wears black-based clothing with a slit skirt. In Genocide Mode, she gains a headband that looks like rabbit ears. In Blood Skelter Mode, her left hand becomes monstrous, her right hand fuses with a sword, and she gains stiletto-like greaves. Her Blood Libido is the urge to hold tea parties and to pursue irrationality. The latter plays a major role in uncovering the conspiracies behind Dawn and the Jail. In the first game, she can create save and warp points with "Wonder Hole." In the second, she jumps 6 spaces with "Rabbit Jump." She was persecuted since childhood for being a Blood Maiden. Due to her nature as the eldest sister, she is often seen acting strictly or scolding others, but she is actually a tsundere who fidgets alone when she wants to give praise but can't. Red Riding Hood calls her "Thumb," while her younger sisters Snow White and Nem call her "Sister Thumb." She tends to rush into things but is a girl who deeply cares for her sisters. Her Blood Libido is the urge to be independent and to be in narrow spaces. She has long red twin-tails. She is the smallest of the three sisters and flat-chested. She wears a mini-skirt with thigh-high socks, creating a Zettai Ryouiki. In Genocide Mode, her ribbons spread like wings; in Blood Skelter Mode, her lower body and arms are covered in petal-like parts and a tiara appears on her head.
