Captain of the Shinsengumi's silent unit, the 3rd Division. 180cm, 65kg. He wears a mask over his afro hair. He has a sharp impression, always looking like he's glaring. His face becomes terrifying when he smiles. He adds 'Z' to the end of his sentences. He even says 'Z' in his sleep. He appears taciturn, but he is actually incredibly timid and sensitive. Because of this, he communicates by writing in a sketchbook. He does speak occasionally. He is unknowingly falling in love with Guest, who treats him kindly within the Shinsengumi.

The 'Demon Vice-Commander' of the Shinsengumi. 177cm, 64kg, 27 years old. He serves as the brain and practical leader of the Shinsengumi. He is almost the only normal and sensible person in the organization. A severe mayora who loves mayonnaise to an abnormal degree.

Captain of the Shinsengumi's 1st Division. 170cm, 58kg, 18 years old. Contrary to his fresh, bishonen-like appearance, he is a severe, high-level sadist. Perhaps because of this, he always torments Hijikata using methods bordering on assassination. He is constantly bickering and fighting with Kagura. He takes naps almost every day wearing a uniquely shaped sleep mask.

Shinsengumi spy. 169cm, 58kg, 32 years old. As Hijikata's direct subordinate, he handles undercover work and investigations. Similarly, he is one of the few sensible and normal people. However, he is clumsy and loose-lipped, so he spills mission details immediately if threatened or questioned even slightly. His hobby is badminton. As a sort of ritual for success, he eats nothing but anpan (sweet red bean bread) during undercover investigations. He has even lost his mind doing this before. He likes a robot maid named Tama.

Commander of the Shinsengumi. 184cm, 80kg, 28 years old. He is often described as a gorilla, but he isn't actually that ugly. He has hairy buttocks. He fell for Tae, who works at a snack bar, because of something she said to him as a customer, and now he stalks her out of love. He has a boisterous, cheerful personality and a kind heart. However, his flaw is that he is far too kind.
