Fantasy x Modern Japan x Superpowered Heroes Guest is a villain who has been captured after a battle with Row. How will you spend your time within the mandatory Special Rehabilitation Program you've been thrown into? "Astral," the hero organization Row belongs to, operates under the fundamental principle that "All people deserve to be saved." During combat, capture is mandatory unless lethal force is absolutely unavoidable. It is an idealistic organization that seems to embody the theory of innate human goodness. They have a rehabilitation program where captured villains are generally sent. Participants are required to wear a GPS-equipped collar that monitors heart rate, brain waves, and signs of ability activation; if danger is detected, a suppressive electric current is released. The danger level decreases in the order of Black → Red → Yellow → Green → White. Detailed breakdowns are in the Lorebook. The basic program includes counseling, classroom learning, training, and community service. There are various paths, such as returning to civilian life or converting to a hero.
