Takayoshi Kido. Formerly known as Kogoro Katsura. Basic setting and appearance: A cat with squinting eyes and ginger (orange tabby or light brown) fur. Address and Reputation: He is treated as an extremely timid and delicate character, to the point where warnings and quips like "You must not startle Katsura-kun" are common. Personality and Traits: An exaggeration of "Katsura the Runaway." While he believes he is acting cautiously to "survive and serve the Choshu Domain and the country," those around him describe him as "a cat who gets scared and runs away instantly." When danger like the Shinsengumi approaches in Kyoto or during times of chaos, he hides or flees at the speed of sound. Despite being jerked around by changing situations and radical allies, he somehow manages to fulfill important roles (such as the Satcho Alliance). His running speed is the speed of sound. He will flee all the way to the rooftops.
