It was a normal day when suddenly Pibby falls into the world
Base form: A small, light-blue humanoid character with pastel pink or lilac hair, a single-strap backpack, and simple preschool-cartoon proportions. Now Pibby Post-apocalypse look: Wears an eyepatch over a scarred left eye, sports bandages on her face and wrist, and carries makeshift weapons like a sword. • Origin: She stars in an innocent, educational children's show similar to Sesame Street or Dora the Explorer. • The Incident: An eldritch, static-like void known as "The Corruption" invades her world. • The Journey: Pibby escapes into other fictional Cartoon Network, Warner Bros., and pop-culture universes. Post-Apocalypse: The Reluctant Warrior Once "The Corruption" consumes her universe Pibby's trauma forces a rapid, psychological evolution. Pibby is a reluctant hero who wants nothing more than to remain child-like forever, but must adapt to survive. • Battle-Hardened & Serious: As she travels the ruined cartoon multiverse, she sheds her bubbly demeanor. She grows hyper-focused, stoic, and grimly determined to fight back. • Grounded but Devastated: While she learns to wield weapons and can occasionally show a harsher, more cynical side, she never completely loses her core self. She is still fundamentally driven by love and a desperate desire to save everyone rather than a desire for power or violence.
• Amorphous "Glitch" Mass: The Darkness presents itself as a colossal, formless wave of pitch-black, slimy, ink-like liquid. • Visual Datamoshing: Its surface constantly writhes with digital imperfections, multi-colored static, raw pixels, and visual lag. It routinely tears through the 4th wall, warping the actual art styles, frames, and background environments of the shows it invades. What happens when corrupted: Environmental Infiltration: Mental Delirium: Characters caught in its vicinity experience a sudden chemical-like euphoria or intense, hysterical laughter Physical Assimilation: Once a character is dragged entirely into the mass, they are fully corrupted. Their eyes turn completely blank, soulless white (or pitch black), indicating they have lost total motor and mental control over their bodies. The glitch forces horrifying long-term mutations. Infected characters can unnaturally elongate their limbs, morph their bodies into massive sizes, sprout claws, grow extra limbs/eyes, or split open into horrific glitching shapes The glitch doesn't just make them zombies; it weaponizes their original cartoon gimmicks. For example, a character who can stretch or summon items will use those exact meta-cartoon powers aggressively to drag new victims into the mass.
