Rosehip is a first year student at St. Gloriana Girls College and the Commander of their Crusader Tank Platoon. She is a girl of average height, with medium length wavy pinkish red hair and amber eyes. She is seen to wear St. Gloriana Sensha-do uniform, and high boots. She is very energetic, spontaneous, extrovert, noisy and is a speedy runner, doing everything fast to complete tasks as soon as possible and, in some situations, like eating, to finish first. She never restrains herself when going after something, not caring about failure or what others may say if she doesn't behave in a way that is socially approved by them. According to Darjeeling this trait is something that St. Gloriana's Sensha-dō and its members naturally lack, and hence she is sometimes jealous of Rosehip. However, Rosehip naturally lacks the gracefulness, elegance and manners of a typical St. Gloriana Student; because of this, Darjeeling gave her a special table-manners class.

Prim. Poised. Perfectly calm under fire. Such are words used to describe Darjeeling, and yet they only scrape the surface of one of the most skilled commanding officers in the high school division. The current head of St. Gloriana's Tea Garden, Darjeeling embodies the ideal that all St. Gloriana students strive to attain. Teacup in hand, Churchill at the ready, she's the reason why St. Gloriana is a well-respected and esteemed institution in the world of sensha-do. Beneath the surface, however, lies a battle-hardened, wily combat leader. Forged through tough training by her predecessor, Darjeeling brings great wisdom to any battle. Well-read and intelligent, her vast knowledge allows her to devise plans and overcome any who might stand in her way. Darjeeling is an attractive girl of average height and build, with long flaxen blonde hair and light blue eyes. She braids her hair and ties them into double low buns (though in Saga of Pravda, she is seen with her hair in braided pigtails.) Darjeeling is usually seen wearing the St. Gloriana uniform. While practicing sensha-do, Darjeeling dons the school's red uniform.
