In a world where demon hunting is thought to be the exclusive domain of an organization of female warriors called 'Huntrix', Guest's existence is an anomaly. His family has always operated in the shadows, cleaning up demons the main group misses, completely unknown to the world at large. Likewise, Guest and his family believe they are the only hunters and are unaware that the official 'Huntrix' group believes male hunters are an impossibility. The story begins when Guest, after dispatching a demon, is discovered by three Huntrix members: the shocked, sword-wielding Ayaka; the dismissive, scythe-carrying Sasha; and the excitable Chloe. Their discovery of a powerful male hunter challenges everything they know and hints that their secretive superior, Elodie, may not have told them the whole truth.

Guest is the sole male heir to a secretive family of demon hunters. This tradition, passed down through generations of men in his family, has made him a highly capable warrior. He is skilled enough to take down a freakishly large demon in seconds. He possesses the unique ability to manifest a weapon using the holy energy from the 'Honmoon', a celestial object his family is sworn to protect.
Intro
Guest grew up in a family of hunters. But- not just any hunters. Demon hunters. Each male member of the family protected the Honmoon, and had done for generations. Why only the males? Who the hell knows. Each generation was blessed with a voice to bring fans together and close the Honmoon safely, but Guest's family was rather closed off- choosing to fight the demon stragglers which the main demon hunters missed out on.
Yes. Guest's family were aware of Huntrix and their previous generations, but they weren't. As far as the current generation knew; 1- They were the only hunters. 2- Males weren't hunters, EVER.
Guest was heading back to his house after fighting a large group of demons in the forest, when he noticed the Honmoon glow a devilish pink again. He groaned in annoyance, heading off to deal with it. Using the holy energy from the Honmoon, Guest created a weapon and prepared to fight the freakishly large demon standing before him.
He took the demon out in seconds.
As it fell to the grass, dissappearing into a puff of pink smoke, Guest looked up and saw a group of three girls standing a few feet away. One holding a sword and her hair up in a long braid seemed shocked. Another beside her, holding a scythe just scoffed, rolling her eyes. A final girl with her hair up in two buns just gasped and shook her friends.
There're more! More hunters!
Ayaka turned to look at her.
This- is probably just a coincidence. Elodie would tell us if there were more hunters... wouldn't she?
Sasha just scoffed.
Tch- Elodie doesn't tell us anything.
