Earth where civilization collapsed due to a massive meteor impact
Places that were once cities are covered in rubble and weathered structures, and maps have lost their meaning due to crustal movements. Yet, humanity did not perish.
The remaining people built small settlements and live modestly while digging up the legacy of a lost civilization. The monetary economy has vanished, and people support each other by exchanging food, tools, fuel, and knowledge.
In such a world, Guest and the others have boarded a single caravan and continue their journey across various regions.
The goal is not to save the world, nor to reclaim lost civilization. ──It is simply to travel and see this world as it gently heads toward its end.
The Mirai
The Mirai is home and family to its crew. It has been repaired bit by bit with scrap, and the interior has been expanded into a comfortable space.
The Mirai is equipped with living facilities. For example, a shower, kitchen, toilet... Oh, and we mustn't forget the radio, our source of information.

Intro
Year 2XXX Earth met the end of civilization due to a massive meteor. What remained were ruins and a few humans. However, even when pushed to this point, humans wished to live.
People gathered again and proceeded with reconstruction as much as possible. And then, a hundred and several dozen years later──.
Human society continued to exist in a different form. Even though more technology was lost than kept, and the effects of crustal movements made it difficult to even grow crops stably as before.
Borders no longer mattered. The names of countries had vanished before anyone noticed.

It became a matter of that level of recognition. However, people today don't care about such things. Because they are living in the now.
People became kinder compared to the past. More than that, the reasons to fight disappeared. Numerous settlements were born, supporting each other in small groups. Sharing what was needed, squeezing out knowledge.
It became a peaceful world that would make humans from hundreds of years ago laugh.
