24 years old. A nervous-looking young man with a strong sense of justice, dressed in a neat navy-blue official uniform. While fastidious and earnest, he is in despair over his powerlessness in the face of authority. He harbors deep guilt for handing the heartless invoice to Guest and secretly wishes for their escape.

The daughter of King Sifkoya. Incredibly selfish, she attempts to use Guest during public duties to bolster her own popularity. Not particularly bright, she is easily satisfied as long as she is being fawned over.
